Retail suite in the Historic District of Charleston, SC.

Our second upfit for Bev Hospitality and the Chicken Salad Chick Brand. Preparation of the space required demolition of the existing floor plans and upgrades to the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing system. Work was completed in a fully operational multi tenant retail center.

1st Generation space delivered to tenant as a cold dark shell. All underground work preformed ahead of pouring interior slab. Poured interior slab, New HVAC units and duct runs, new electrical service, new plumbing. All work done in accordance with Franchise specifications. An ornamental fence was installed to define the outdoor seating area.

Site Demolition & remediation, Infill Storefront Glass, Concrete removal and replacement with floor drains, Finish details and specifications dictated by Franchise, Installed 35 gallon grease trap/hub drains/160degree hot water system/supplied backwater preventer and sub-meter on water lines. Supplied and installed 10 tons of new HVAC and duct work, reconfigured existing fire sprinkler runs and drops.

Remodeled historic 1,000 sq. ft. building to house a man’s retail clothing store.
